Dar Al Arkan, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, has joined forces with the renowned Italian hypercar maker Pagani Automobili to introduce the DaVinci Residential Tower in Dubai. This collaboration marks significant milestones for both entities, with the inauguration of the ultra-exclusive DaVinci Residential Tower symbolizing Dar Al Arkan’s ongoing regional expansion through partnerships with luxury brands and the debut of the world’s first Pagani-inspired exclusive spaces, accompanied by a bespoke line of Pagani interior furniture.

Situated along the Dubai Water Canal in the heart of the city, the AED800 million ($218 million) DaVinci stands as a masterpiece amidst Dubai’s skyline, offering unparalleled views of iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and upscale residential areas.

Horacio Pagani, Founder & Chief Designer of Pagani Automobili, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “We’re thrilled to partner with Dar Al Arkan on this project, our first in the region. Designing the interiors of the DaVinci tower allows us to create exclusive, bespoke environments that embody our creative philosophy of combining form and function to craft unique, handmade objects.”

Pagani drew inspiration from the creative philosophy of Leonardo Da Vinci, after whom the tower is named. Pagani added, “The Dubai real estate sector continues to grow immensely, and we’re proud to be part of an exclusive and truly one-of-a-kind development plan.”

Vice Chairman Ziad El Chaar emphasized Dar Al Arkan’s commitment to creating exceptional living spaces, with meticulous attention to detail and unmatched quality. The tower, set to be completed by mid-2023, promises to rival the quality and detailing of London’s One Hyde Park.
