Within four hours of going on sale, the last phase of South Bay, a unique development in the center of Dubai South’s Residential District, was successfully sold, according to Dubai South Properties.

The company’s strategic approach to project launch and the strong sales of all previously announced units over several phases are highlighted by the current launch, which also reflects the tremendous demand for real estate in the area.
160 units made up the new phase, which was split between semi-detached villas with four and five bedrooms and townhouses with three and four bedrooms.
