Arada, the renowned developer, has achieved a significant milestone with the completion of the initial homes in Masaar, an expansive forested project nestled in Sharjah’s Suyoh district. The handover process for the 430 homes in the Sendian district has commenced, marking a momentous step in the realization of this ambitious project.

Located in close proximity to Masaar’s entertainment and recreation area, the Sendian homes offer a unique living experience and are equipped with state-of-the-art smart home features.

Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, expressed his pride in the project, stating, “Ever since its launch, Masaar has been one of the bestselling projects in the UAE. Buyers are captivated by its beautiful woodlands, nature-inspired architecture, and world-class amenities. Today, we are immensely proud to deliver on our promise and welcome the first homeowners into this wonderful community.”

Masaar, envisioned as a grand development, will consist of 3,000 villas and townhouses upon completion, scheduled for the end of 2026. The master plan covers an impressive 19 million square feet, featuring six gated districts interconnected by the project’s distinctive ‘green spine.’ This lushly landscaped and walkable stretch boasts an impressive 50,000 trees.

Currently, the second and third phases of Masaar, encompassing 986 homes, are in progress, with completion slated for the end of 2024. Contracts for the construction of the final three phases are expected to be awarded before the year concludes.

Masaar residents already have access to a range of finished facilities. The central precinct, inaugurated in September 2022, offers family-friendly sporting events, diverse F&B options, and entertainment facilities. Highlights include the Zad food truck district, a skatepark, a kids’ adventure playground, and a versatile events space.

In a noteworthy development, Arada unveiled the 6.6-kilometer Masaar Track in November, winding through the woodlands outside the master community. This addition further enhances the recreational offerings for residents.
